St Kilda Cafe & Bistro

The St Kilda Cafe and Bistro opened its doors in July 2017 and is a bright and contemporary single level dining establishment nestled in the new subdivison of St Kilda, Cambridge.

This purpose built space accommodates:

• cafe consisting of a kitchen and deli, preparation and dishwashing area, bar and coffee area, toilet facilities, staff facility, storage, office with a separate conference/function room.
• 4 x covered outdoor eating areas
• car parking and associated landscaping.

The building is ideally placed as a local community focal point with a scenic outlook, facing over a wetland reserve, with a children’s play area and links to the cycleway system.

As a design build project, Livingstone worked directly with our client and local contractors to ensure buildability and a successful delivery.
