Whitiora Health & Wellness Centre

Located in the Golden Sands subdivision of Papamoa, this development is a new single-storey health and wellness centre including a medical centre, pharmacy, cafe, physiotherapy and 1 spare tenancy. The addition of this medical facility is a great asset for the Papamoa community.

This development is Livingstone’s fourth project with key Bay of Plenty client, Bluehaven Commercial.

We received approved preliminary concept drawings from Bluehaven with an approved floor plan, site plan and elevations. Following this, we took the design through developed design, detailed design and building consent lodgement.

We worked closely with the tenants of the development to ensure their requirements were met during the design phase and taken through into documentation, within the parameters of the agreement to lease.

The construction was complete on time and on budget. The transition between base build and tenancy fitout was smooth. We completed the fitout for the medical centre, cafe and pharmacy.
