BUPA, Te Rapa

In July 2018, Livingstone Building started working with Bupa Care Services on Foxbridge, a four-storey apartment and care home. This development provides additional facilities and an increased level of care for the changing needs of the village residents.

The building consists of 26 one and two bedroom apartments and a care home with 58 care rooms, 12 premium care rooms, 8 deluxe care rooms, a library, hair salon, beauty therapy treatment room and café. Outside spaces include two internal courtyards, with care rooms on the upper storeys having their own private balconies.

The exterior cladding is a complementary mix of James Hardie Linea weatherboard and a CS Integra Lightweight Concrete Facade system finished off with metalcraft profiled roofing. The development is built to Importance Level 2 and 3 seismic ratings.
