Bupa - St Kilda

The Bupa St Kilda care facility is a purpose-built modern rest home with a hospital and secure dementia care unit.

Positioned right next door to St Kilda Retirement Village, this unique and spacious rest home is spread over a 4500m² site. With over 80 individual bedrooms and ensuites, three separate lounge and dining areas, three internal courtyards, a commercial kitchen and laundry, administration facilities, treatment rooms providing intensive 24-hour care and even a Café.

The construction was divided into four different stages to enable consistent workflow throughout the project with separate commissioning allowed for at the end of each completed stage. The Bupa St Kilda project was handed over on time and on budget. The client was thrilled to receive both practical completion and code of compliance before the programmed hand over date.
