Affectionately described as a ‘concrete bunker’, the property cascades off of the mountain ridge, creating cliff hanging views and greeny-blue panorama.
The isolated location and unique platform, created a challenging build for Livingstone. Through extensive subcontractor interviewing and planning on behalf of the project team, the development was completed without a hitch.
Our team completed the project to the specifications of the owners, inculsive of insulated concrete form beams. This structure helped us to achieve new heights with our residential development.
