The Role
Join our team as a QS Administrator and step into a pivotal role that keeps our QS team moving forward. Our previous QS Administrator has been promoted, and we're looking for a superstar to fill her big shoes. This role isn't ordinary; it's pivotal, fast-paced, and full of deadlines. Your administrative skills will be put to the test every day as you keep our QS team running smoothly amidst the hustle and bustle of the construction industry.

You will be a top-notch administrator who thrives on variety, excels at multitasking, and always thinks ahead. It's a unique opportunity for someone eager to dive into the world of Quantity Surveying and explore the intricacies of the construction industry firsthand. If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role where your organizational skills can shine, then this position is perfect for you.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create new job numbers.
  • Create tender invitations to subcontractors.
  • Issue & distribute documentation.
  • Contact subcontractors regarding quotes, compliance documentation.
  • Keep all drawing sets up to date, supersede revised drawings.
About you:
  • Computer savvy with admin experience
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Full Drivers License
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks accurately.
