The Role
 
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team that is committed to delivering excellence to one of our key clients.
 
Day- to -day you will be responsible for organising on-site activities, ensuring our projects are built safely, on time, within budget and to our high standards. It is a fast-paced environment, and you will bring strong practical construction experience. You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals, have great leadership skills, have a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Read and understand plans, specifications and consents.
  • Create and track detailed construction programmes in Microsoft Project
  • Build and maintain team morale while working collaboratively with project teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to all correspondence, problem solve and resolve construction issues.
  • Deliver on time, every time!
If you have: 
  • Commercial construction experience (desirable)
  • National Certificate in Carpentry and/or relevant experience in the construction sector
  • Relevant project management tertiary qualifications
  • Experience with MS office suite, primarily MS Project and Excel
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Confidence in managing information across all phases of construction
