The role
The Auckland Asset Management team is seeking a Site Foreman to work across the various facets of facilities and building maintenance. Work is varied and diverse; from fit outs, alterations to building maintenance and responsive maintenance works. Your skills and experience will be put to test as we provide this specialised service to our clients.
The right applicant will have:
- Apprentice Year 3 and above
- Minimum three years in a commercial and or residential trades environment
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of field-based software systems
- The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
