Tristram Precinct

This 14,000 square metre development, constructed along Tristram Street, extends the full block between Ward and Bryce Streets. The aim for this development is to provide a vibrant, high quality office building and support facilities to play a significant part in revitalising the Hamilton CBD.

Tristram Precinct is the new home of Waikato Regional Council and WSP. The focus of the development was to provide a cohesive home for all Waikato Regional Council staff, bringing over 500 workers into the central city.
