COBB & CO. DUNEDIN

It is fitting the Dunedin franchise of Cobb & Co., known for its pioneering heritage, selected to home its new restaurant and saloon in Dunedin’s Historic Railway Station.

Constructed in 1872, the Dunedin Railway Station is a Historic Place Category 1 listed property. A landmark of Dunedin, the commercial fit out of 750m² for 220 seats balanced the historic elements of the station whilst maintaining the quintessential elements of Cobb & Co’s brand identity.

The internal fit out is complemented by 150m² deck, built by a heritage building specialist and approved by Heritage New Zealand as being in keeping with the historic nature of the Dunedin Railway Station.
